Page position and sites

I am new and just want to create one site - I hit the wrong button and now have 1 site that looks good and 7 sites with nothing on them? Also, I would like to find out how to change page positions - I create them and they look good but I can't get them in the right order?

Backup/export the Project file of the site you want to keep.
Delete the sites you don’t want.
The pages will be displayed alphabetically. You can’t change that. The menu will display the order you want after it’s published.
