Hello Caius,
Try to delete the Nicepage Desktop App and reinstall it again. This time install the app on a different disk drive c:\ or d:\
Does not have enough permissions: c:\Users\USER_NAME\Documents\
If the issue still persists. try to do the following below
Do you see the /Nicepage folder in this directory?
Please try caching the projects folder manually:
1) open %APPDATA%\Nicepage\config.JSON file for editing. Please back it up before editing.
2) find the line with the projects folder. For example, in my case, this is:
"projects folder": "D:\NP projects\Nicepage1",
3) change the path to the different EMPTY folders. For example:
"projects Folder": "D:\ahmad\work\Nicepage",
Save the file and restart Nicepage. Does the issue continue?
