Link to open accordion element

Hello,

I have a page with an accordion where I want all tabs to be closed by default if the page is opened e.g. from the menu. But I also want to add links to the contents of specific accordion tabs, i.e. when you access the page through the link, that specific accordion tab is open to show the contents, while the remaining tabs are closed.

I am aware you can only link to blocks, not elements such as accordion tabs or their contents. So I tried to put each accordion tab in its own block so that I can link to the tab by using a block anchor. But still I can either tick the box for the accordion tab to "open by default" meaning that when the page is accessed from the menu, the tab is also open, or I can untick the box, and my link will go to a closed accordion tab and might as well be linking to the page itself.

Can I somehow tweak the block anchor link to make the tab "open by default", or tweak the tab to "open by default" only when accessing through a link directly to the block and not to the page? If not, I would like to wish for a functionality to solve this issue.
