I made a site on the desktop application months ago. I recently checked again and all the images are gone. I tried going back into the desktop application, but it just keeps crashing. I have my site number and url handy. Is there a way to back that site up so I can edit it in the online builder instead?

The first thing I would do is make a copy of the Documents\Nicepage folder and put it someplace safe.
Then look inside the Documents\Nicepage folder for a Site_######## folder which is the working folder for the app.
Look inside that Nicepage folder to see if there is a backups folder with Project files inside.

I think the app got deleted on my laptop. There's no way to retrieve the files then huh?

Apps don't just delete themselves.
Look to see if you have the Documents\Nicepage folder.

Hello Zahra,

Then check the other folders to find your Nicepage project folder. If you didn't change anything in the settings. By default, it's in the ...\Documents\Nicepage in Windows and macOS.

Everything is in your hands. The projects that were created in the Nicepage Desktop app, unfortunately, we can't restore.
