What limitation are you implying?
Site files that are exported are meant to be hosted.
I guess I'm not understanding the issue.

every time they visit my page on my server it will consume nice page resources because within the html there are external links to files of the nice page web page, therefore every time someone visits my page on my server it goes to generate an economic cost to nice page, and that nice page will surely want to charge, since if my site receives innumerable visits for that reason, the economic cost for nice page will be greater, and the question I am trying to ask, Are there limitations on how many visitors I have?

Stop obsessing.
Put the site on your host and use the files.

No extra cost is taken, you can host the exported site on your hosting with no payments to Nicepage.
