You can add such type of Slider by using the following elements
Add a Repeated Caourusel to your Block >> choose the 3-column option on the panel on the right >> add elements according to your design in each cell

I want them to slide eg. there will be 3 slides on the first view I want to add slide number 4 and slide number 1 will be swiped to left. Slider showing 3 or 4 slides and then keep sliding to 5, 6, 7 respectively .

You can do auto slide only if you add the Block slider.
