Project Folder - Changing not possible

Please attach the screenshots with the issue. Did you try just to rename the folder and change it in the Preferences? Specify to which folder it was assigned before and to which folder you are changing. Do you change it to another disk? is it on Windows or macOS?

thanks for your reply. I didn´t rename it. I just tried to set it in the preferences.
No other disk. It is Windows.
Yesterday it didnt function.

Today i tried again and i have managed it to set folders. So Screenshots are not neccassary.

I also exported the website including the project.zip in a completely other folder than set up in the preferences.
But now i ask me, if i need this project file to be opened for my site. Do i need to import this project.zip when starting programm? Or will it be opened independent from the project.zip.
It´s very confusing to change these setting in nicepage.

... in addition: the Sites are only named with their original number e.g. Site_20493598.
Before i renamed site, but this name isn´t the folder name, so its difficult to handle a lot of sites just with their numbers.

Hello Markus,

That's great that you were able to sort it out.

You need to use the import option if the project was exported from the Nicepage Desktop app in zip format. It won't show if you just place the file or unzip it in the Nicepage project folder.

All folders with the Site_######## name can be recognized by the app in the Nicepage project's folder by default.

Unfortunately, after renaming the folder it won't be recognized by the Nicepage app. Therefore we do not recommend you rename such folders. You can always use export and import the project in Nicepage.
