I have a staff member create a Wordpress site with Nicepage. She is not longer with us as an employee. Can you check the license details for our domain? https://www.caisoc.com/

How do I go about checking or renewing?

Nicepage doesn’t handle domains.
You’ll need to research which registrar handled it and try to get ownership of it which could be a problem if your prior employee owns it.

Perhaps, I don't know how your licensing works. My Staff member has left and I and looking to edit a page that she left. The wordpress site uses a nicepage plugin. If I want to add a page, I am required to have a license. Your premium plans do not seem to cover wordpress plugins. Can you explain how Nicepage and wordpress integrate? If you only assign to personal accounts, Can I recover her account?

Joe,

Licenses cover the WordPress plugin, however, to fully use its editing feature you need a separate license. This means that you will need two licenses for two editors.

You should try to get the login credentials she used to create the site so you can use it.
