I am busy creating a website on nicepage but i wanted to find out if i can use another sites hosting and domain as i have a registered domain and hosting already

That's fine. Export your website into HTML in the Nicepage Desktop app. Or Export your website to WordPress or Joomla and upload it to your website with your hosting and domain name.
