Wordpress problems with plugin curl timeout and errors

I have not got a reply to my previous post, its been days.
A firewall of yours seems to be blocking Synergy Australia
Details from Synergy are below.
How we do whitelist and or unblock our website IP ?

Thanks for getting back on this one.

I've done some further investigation on this one and as per Saxon's previous response, our server/servers/network is blocked by leaseweb.net, I've run the following commands to test this extensively:

traceroute?85.17.54.85
traceroute?85.17.54.85?443
traceroute?85.17.54.85?80
telnet?85.17.54.85?80
telnet?85.17.54.85?443

All of these timeout with the traceroute reaching leasewebs network:

17??po-1.ce03.ams-01.nl.leaseweb.net?(81.17.35.11)??254.682?ms??255.090?ms?po-1.ce04.ams-01.nl.leaseweb.net?(81.17.35.13)??255.241?ms

Similar to our servers, they likely have an external firewall that has blocked our IP address, either due to failed connections from yourself, others on the server or something else entirely however to have this removed and identified, you would need to reach out to the hosting provider to have them remove the block and potentially let you know why our server was blocked.

On our end, there isn't anything that we will be able to do to remove the block since it's not on our end that the block is occuring.
