Hi,
I am slowly working through Widgets in WordPress. I understand mostly.
I continually get many repeated block header entries, why is this happening or is there a workaround ?

Hi, Matthew,

Clarify please, does it happen after uploading the content to WordPress? If yes, this is normal behavior because after importing the content, new widget areas are created. Simply remove all unnecessary widgets and widget areas manually.

If you get these block headers in another way, let us know about that.
