Missing Index Page

Hello - I've created a website BUT there's a problem, when I try to name the home page (Index) it says there's already a page with that name (there isn't and its not showing on my dashboard) however, when I save the files to upload there IS an Index file called Index, but as I mentioned it isn't showing on my dashboard - can I get some help with this, thanks

During the site creation, it's called Home.
When exported, that page is duplicated and the index page is created to upload.

The things is I have created several websites with NicePage and have no problem naming an index page (Index) as you can see on the image - I'm wondering if this is a bug as essentially what I'm supposed to do is create an Index page which will be called (Home) and then upload the duplicated (Index) page via FTP and not the (Home) page

It's not a bug, it's a "feature."
It's the way the software works.
You name your home page Home.
On export, the index page is created.
