I cant login into Nicepage

Hi, My Nicepage desktop app is frozen when launched, cant do the sign in process.

I am using macOS Monterey M1, I have Chrome installed, the Nicepage website opened on my account.
Nothing happens only "Loading... " the sign button is not responding, also I cant quit Nicepage, only by force quit.

What is happening, I just bought a year license and its urgent to start working.

Note: a previous user installed free Nicepage, then deleted the desktop application.
When I opened the new dowloaded Nicepage it recognized the previous user, I logged out to work with my own account and the problem started.

Hello Gloria,

Thanks for contacting us and your interest in Nicepage

Try to remove the Nicepage folder in the ...\Documents\Nicepage. If you have some important project there, keep the folder aside or rename it, e.g. Nicepage_1
After that reinstall again.

Thank you, I already solved, the way were to click on the starter tour button and a popup window appeared asking me to sign in with chrome.
Closed the tour and voilá.

Same here
4.18.4 Desktop Application freezes after loading . and this can't close the window, the display is always active. have to restart the PC to remove / close the NICEPAGE APP DESK

Try to follow these steps and let us know the results

Try to remove the Nicepage folder in the ...\Documents\Nicepage. If you have some important project there, keep the folder aside or rename it, e.g. Nicepage_1
After that reinstall again.
