Clarify please, do you mean exporting only selected pages to WordPress? If yes, unfortunately, it is not possible. You can export only all pages.

I actually added a nicepage plugin in wordpress and creating pages in wordpress directly. Is it possible to create homepage alone and link wordpress already created pages or my old theme pages to it. Moving the old theme to nicepage seems to be a lot of work.

Yes, you can easily create a homepage using the Nicepage plugin, and link your pages to it. It is also possible to make this page homepage in the WordPress settings.
You can create and edit Nicepage pages in WordPress regardless of an active theme.
