I have a file downloaded from Nice Page a file that shows me my site when I open via chrome.
I have uploaded all the files in that folder to go daddy public html
when i view it, it shows up as html screen no site..
what am I missing ?

If you exported the entire site to your computer and uploaded all the files to the public_html folder, it should work.
Maybe clear the browser cache. Control + F5.
