Hi,
I saw at the moment when I edit a hyperlink within WordPress there is no option "no-follow", which is available
on NicePage Windows App.

The use is optional, however, some creators asked for this feature. The "nofollow" parameter tells the search engines that a link should not be counted in SEO.
