Link popup window is not working

From what I've read, This issue reared up back in 2018!

The latest version of nicepage (4.17) does not bring the popup window for links in Joomla. So now I have two major issues identified With this extension.

I've tested this on an earlier version and the link comes up just fine.

This pretty much has stopped me from progressing an online business so it would be good to get this sorted.
