When I saved to html-HP I got a message:
the contact form fails to collect user submissions on the following pages:
page-password-template:
The URL is required for the custom url option
Impression
....... and other sites
Until now my php contact mail worked.

If your form works fine you can ignore this message. If you have issues with the form then please double-check that the URL is set correctly in your form settings.
