When i upgrade from personal to higher plane within my period time ( say after 2 month ), will i pay only the diffrent price or total price of new plan/

Within the first month, you pay the difference.
After that, it's higher since the year of included updates is extended.
If you go to the Premium tab under your license, there's an Upgrade/Extend button that will give you the information.
