I'm trying to move my Subscription from my Desktop to my Laptop. installed the app on my laptop the app locks up when executed.

Delete the install file.
Reboot, redownload the install file.
If it still locks up, you might need to whitelist the file in your antivirus, or pause it during the install since that might be causing issues.
And make sure you export your site Project files from your first system to have as a backup and to copy over if needed.

I reinstalled and rebooted, still just shows loading... never loads

Hi Mark,

Please attach a screenshot of the error. Please also make sure that you have switched off all anti-virus applications and firewall during the installation and also other utilities that may be blocking the internet connection. And make sure that you are installing the application as administrator.
