Stock Image download didn't work with Ultimate plan

Hello, i try to download a large size Stock Image but i always get an hint, that i've to activate my Ultimate licence which i already did.
This error exist on both, Online and Desktop Editor.
Other Ultimate functions like White Lable works well.

This did not help, even after a full re installation.
I would also like to draw attention, that this error exists on the online editor as well.
