Asking to upgrade while I have already upgraded

One site with the web app and hosting is included with the personal plan.
5 in the dashboard using the desktop app.

how can i add custom URL in desktop app?

You need to use your own host and assign your domain to that.
The personal plan includes hosting for 1 site, whether you build it online or with the desktop app. I’m assuming that is what you have.
If you want more sites hosted you’ll need a third party host.

You can publish the site from the desktop application and also assign the domain name in the export dialog. Please follow the instructions on how to assign the domain name correctly:
