Hello, I am web developer. I found many great html templates and I see that I can export them as html files. As a web developer I would like to sell those templates as a complete website for my clients ( with some customization based on the clients needs) . Am I allowed to do it and what kind of premium plan I should buy ?

So If I change all images to my own then is it ok to resell ?
