You can specify different SEO data for different languages under the Page Settings >> SEO. When the page language changes, a different page with different metadata is loaded.

Multilanguage SEO options are supported in the Desktop application since Nicepage 4.14 version. You can set different data for different languages under the page Settings >> SEO.
