You can create it using the Desktop app, since one hosted site is included.
You can use third party hosting.

Hi,
I have created the site - but third party hosting: does that mean I need that from another company?

If so can you recommend a good free one, and will how easy will it be to integrate my site I have created in Nicepage?

I don't know of any company willing to give you online server space for free to host.
Google drive or Microsoft onedrive come to mind as far as file space, but I'm not sure they allow hosting.
Hosting can cost $5/month depending on what you do with it.
The Nicepage Business plan allows 3 sites hosted.

Unfortunately, we can't recommend any hosting specifically as it's absolutely on you which one to chose. Just look for a hosting company where you can upload the HTML website and get a domain name. Contact their support and ask these simple questions.
