is there a possibility to get some transparency to the menu background, not totaly, but with a gradient, maybe 50%

Unfortunately, in Nicepage this features is not available, not for the header nor for the menu, but you can select Header over block on the Property Panel so the header and menu will be transparent.
Also, please provide some examples so we can suggest it to our management for future consideration.
