I couldn't find my site inside it

Please note, if you are using Nicepage Desktop app, the app stores your website/websites with other files in the ...\Documents\Nicepage folder by default. So if you reinstalled the Windows most probably your files are gone.

If you still have your Documents\Nicepage\Site_######## folders, you can point to the Nicepage folder from the app preferences.

I have reset my PC. I am using Nicepage desktop App. I have a backup but I am not able to access my custom and the nicepage subdomain on publish time. I have attached screenshots. What should i do ?

Please try to manage your sites at

https://nicepage.com/User/Sites

If still no success, please create a separate private case, as we may need more details.
