I purchased over a year ago. The license expired on Apr 14, 2022. Premium Plans says Application License "Lifetime" and Free updates "One year" However, now I can't even export to html? Nobody mentioned that the program only works on a subscription basis. I would not have decided on this program.

You need to use the desktop app and make sure you are logged in.
And you have to use the last version before the license expired.
If you used the web app, export the Project file and import into the desktop.

Save your site Project files WITHOUT UPDATING any changes to the sites or you might not get them back.
Then download the latest version from the link above.
If your current version is later, uninstall it and reinstall the version from the link.
You should not have updated the program past your license expiration. The updates will always be announced but should be ignored.
