website is not working...

I tried to publish the site, and it won't let me do it so because of an Update Site error... and then I tried to unpublish then try to publish it again, but now I get this message...Please advised what to do.

Hi Toby,

I have asked our developers and looks like your posts are too big and do exceed our limit for publishing. We'll discuss the option to increase the limit for the size of the post but currently you can try to make it smaller. Probably it includes huge images or videos. Maybe you could make them smaller. That will also increase the site loading speed.
