Hi

I have windows 10 eng 64bit - latest version Nicepage-4.13.4

fully formatted reinstall windows as well... but still the same

icon doesn't work... keep loading

MacOS version working fine

I just opened NP and added icons with no issue.
What steps are you doing to try to reproduce it?

Mine continues to fill to the bottom of the icons page, so there might be something blocking yours from loading and updating.
If you temporarily turn your antivirus off, does it still happen?
I guess support will need to take a look.

Hello,

Nicepage loads icons from Flaticon directly. Therefore this could be a protection issue. Could you please disable the antivirus/firewall for testing? Does the issue continue?
