Can not import Nicepage project

I can not import a Nicepage website (saved from the desktop version, to be loaded into the web version) although I have purchased the personal license which is still valid. The summary says I can create up to 5 websites with the purchased license. The online builder tells me to purchase another license
How can that problem be resolved?

One online hosted site is included with the Personal license.
Check the grid on the Premium page.
The Desktop version can have 5 sites in the dashboard at the same time.
If you don't need the site that's there, you can delete it, but maybe make a Project file backup if you're not sure.
Look under your name at the top right of the browser under My Sites to see what's there.
