Huge Spacing between buttons

Hello,

You have added a lot of Box element into one Box element. Responsive modes are not looking good.
It is better to redo the header as 2 rows and you can place a grid with 2 rows for heading, menus and buttons and check the responsive modes. The black line under the header is better to be added as a narrow header row.

Hey yeah, it is 2 separate menus. I had a look at the header and it was set to screen it still seems to be moving i have attached the exported block

Is it 2 separate menus?
Check your header block width, it seems like you have set as Sheet, and the menus will be placed accordingly. The menu element alignment should be adjusted too.
You can export your header as a block, we will check if needed.

Hey so i ran into another problem but i cant seem to fix it. With the menu in the editor the layout is fine but when i go into preview it seems to either space the menus out big or put them ontop of each other i tried using a box and cell but this is not working attached are screen shots

I needed to add a Box with some cells in for the buttons and it is all working now
