I cannot build anything with the online builder

For the past 36 hours, I have been unable to build anything with the online builder.
When I go to the My Sites page, there are no websites listed there, so I assume I should be able to build one website online.
However, when I attempt to create a new site, a message pops up telling me I need to upgrade to continue building more sites.
The desktop version doesn't have this problem, but I prefer using the online builder because it doesn't lag as much.

Is anyone else experiencing issues with the standard Joomla article buttons not working anymore to Save & Close or Save as Copy on Nicepage articles?
We are having to create entire articles from scratch and as the Joomla articles Save buttons are not responding anymore. They are fine on standard Joomla articles but not on those edited with Nicepage.
My forum post has turned private as I needed to supply backend access to my site but I am being told there is no timeframe on a fix and we have staff members working much longer on content than they should be doing.
Is anyone else having this issue through any browser? Ours doesn't work in Chrome or Firefox

Hi Bob,

We're aware about this issue. In the meantime please use the Built-in Nicepage functionality to copy pages:

copy-page-cms-2.png

Then set the new page name. Nicepage should load the copied page for editing.

I figured out it was a clash between Nicepage and JCE. Rolling back JCE to version 2.9.24 fixes the Joomla buttons freezing and being unresponsive. Ryan at JCE has brilliantly supplied me a beta version of JCE 2.9.28 and it looks like it has fixed the issue too.
I am just waiting to run it past our content creation staff this morning and hopefully can confirm to him he has fully fixed it today.
I will keep you posted if that will help you
