how can i view a site i created locally on the nicepage app on my online account so i can export it from my unlicensed account to a licensed pro account.

Publish your site. If you want it online, export a project, then open a browser, the online builder at https://nicepage.com/Editor/Siteboard/#/dashboard, and import it there. Please note that desktop and online are two separate none synchronized dashboards.
