Every time I try a +new site it tells me to upgrade WHY! and it does not allow me to build anything. Getting very frustrated with your package. I have a license until feb 2023!!

If you have the Personal license and you're using the online web app, that's why.
It includes one site online with the host.
You would need to unpublish what's there to make room for a new site.
Use the Desktop version.

The Pro license includes 5 websites on Nicepage Hosting:
https://nicepage.com/premium
You created 3 with an Online editor and published 2 from the Desktop application. Please remove the websites you no longer need to publish more websites.
