Nicepage App als Download funktioniert nicht

Nun gelingt es nicht, trotz diverser Versuche über verschiedene Rechner, die App herunterzuladen. Es steht nur Loading... da und ich kann mich weder einloggen, noch eine weitere Option wählen.

Hallo, ich versuche seit einigen Tagen die Software von Nicepage auf meinen PC oder Laptop herunterzuladen, um auch offline und ohne Verzögerung arbeiten zu können. Denn leider ist die Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit im Baukasten, trotz sehr guter Wlan Verbindung, über den Browser nur wenig zufriedenstellend. Nun gelingt es nicht, trotz diverser Versuche über verschiedene Rechner, die App herunterzuladen. Es steht nur Loading... da und ich kann mich weder einloggen, noch eine weitere Option wählen.

Hello Lars,

We can see that you managed to login with your app today.
Please specify if you have issues to download or open the application in your PC?
For Mac OS there could be some restrictions to install the application:

Changing your settings
Click on System Preferences on your Mac Dock.
Choose Security & Privacy.
Tap the lock at the bottom left of the screen.
Enter your password to unlock Security and Privacy.
Choose the Anywhere under Allow apps downloaded from. ...
Click the unlocked lock to keep the change.

Dear Anna, Thank you for your reply. The settings were active already. so that can't be it. Do you have any other suggestions?

Please specify your issue once again, you have written before that you cannot load the application, does it mean you cannot start/open the application or you cannot download the installer?
