Can't install Windows app

Hello,

I wanted to install the Nicepage App for Windows. The version is 4.12.21.
I tried many times, but it's just running installing process and never finished.
How can I do?

I exported Html files online version the day before yesterday, but I tried to export Html files again and it was just running exporting process but no file in my PC:/download/

Hello Grace,

Could you please tell us do you have any antiviruses\fierwalls running on your computer? Or any other programs that could block Nicepage?
Also please check what paths are chosen for the project exports, does it correspond to the folder you are checking?
