Updating from old version to newest

I'm having problems updating a site. Customer has been in charge of the site and has not updated Nicepage. I tried to do update it now using Joomla's built in updater but it breaks the site.

After update I get only message:
0 - Call to undefined method NicepageHelpersNicepage::buildSiteStyleCss() on the front page.

Current version in site: 1.11.3

Joomla updater suggests: 4.12.14

Joomla version: Joomla! 3.10.9 Stable

PHP version: 7.4.29

Any idea how to proceed?

Hi Janne,

We recommend that you back up the website, uninstall the Nicepage plugin from the Joomla website, download the most recent version, and install it:
https://nicepage.com/download

Unfortunately due to the big difference between versions, we cannot guarantee that all pages will look and work the same as there were too many changes since Nicepage v.1

Please keep us posted about the progress.
