Block menu and Online Builder

Hello, I have 2 questions.
1. 1. After about 5 changes, the menu bar on the left side of the block always disappears and the program has to be closed and reopened for the block menu to appear.
2 I don't understand why I need Online Builder when I use Desktop Program. In the site properties it says Website address: https://Site520360.nice.page.io. I don't want that my data to be stored anywhere except my computer.

Do you mean the left ages with Blocks and Outline?

You can show/hide it with the marked arrows.

I don't understand why I need Online Builder when I use Desktop Program. In the site properties, it says Website address: https://Site520360.nice.page.io. I don't want that my data to be stored anywhere except my computer.

The Online Builder is the service with an Online editor + Hosting space.
If you want to store the websites locally please use the Desktop application. If you do not need Nicepage hosting please use HTML or Joomla/WordPress export types. The Website export option uploads the website to the Nicepage Hosting.
