Hi
I have removed and reinstalled the Desktop App, since recovering my recent issues with sites that disappeared, however upon opening the app, it gets stuck on "loading.." and does not move nor does it allow me to "Sign In". I am however able to login online, but not in the desktop app for some reason.
Please provide any assistance or ideas

Hi Iain,

Please try to disable all the anti-virus applications, firewall and any other utilities that may be blocking Nicepage access to the internet and try to start the application again.

The biggest problem is that when I launch the desktop app, it stalls on a white blank page with "loading" and does not move. Even clicking on "sign in" or trying to close the app, doesn't work, and can only be shut down from Ctr+Alt-Del (but on a Mac).

Hello Iain,

If you have any of antivirus or firewalls on your computer - they could work as a background process - in that case, please make sure that they are disabled or that Nicepage is added to exceptions for protection software.
Also, please tell us - during the reinstallation of Nicepage did your computer run into any error? And did you completely delete the previous version?
* Please note that we HIGHLY RECCOMEND to backup of all project files before any changes are made to Nicepage!
