Export HTML going through, but it will not download

I have a premium plan and I want to export my website. When I click export the loading animation goes through and it gets to 100% and it seems like the export is successful. However, no folder or zip file is downloaded anywhere to my machine. Please advise.

Thanks for being our customer!

We see that you are using Nicepage Online. When you export your site to HTML from Nicepage Online, you will see your export file in the downloads manager of your browser. Please open it and see if you see the export file there or not.
