I have just activated my licence perso for Nicepage and I am not able to publish my page.
What's happen ?
What I have to do ?

Under your name at the top right of the browser, under My Sites.
If there are any sites there you need to backup and unpublish it to make room for your new site.
I am not able to unpublish it. I tried to do this. But I didn't try after the backup. May be this is the pb.
