Thanks for your interest in Nicepage!

Clarify please, did you add the Modal Popup, added the Contact Form, and it did not work? If yes, please note that forms do not work in the preview. As sending emails is a server-side action, it works only on published sites.
However, if your site is already published and the form still does not work, please give us the link to the page and specify the Popup with the form. Thank you.
