It says Ultimate members have 20 hostings but i dont know how to do this

If you need to create a WP site, then you need to use a desktop application to create WP theme and content, export them and upload to the WP site installed on your own hostig. We do not host WP sites, we only allow publishing of the HTML sites created in Nicepage. And then you can add any desired plug-ins on your WP site.

You can. You can create a site and publish it to Nicepage hosting. This will be a HTML site. If you need a CMS with plug-ins, then you can use WP or Joomla on your hosting.
