Dear Support,

I have the following questions:

  1. If I buy the premium package (Designer Pack & Web Hosting: Personal) (https://nicepage.com/premium?code=spring22), how long do you host the page I upload? Is it forever or do I have to pay monthly?
  2. Do I get any adds?
  3. Can I export it to host it on an other hosting service?
  4. Whats the different between the premium package (personal) from question one and the Hosting plans (https://nicepage.com/hosting) where I have to pay monthly?

1) The Designer Pack & Web Hosting license provides a year of free updates with the Nicepage Hosting. In case you do not prolong the period of free updates, your sites on our hosting will be unpublished until you extend the free updates period. Also, you will not have Premium features in Nicepage Online without prolongation.

2) Could you please explain what exactly you mean under "adds"? Thank you.

3) Yes, Nicepage sites can be easily published on external hosting services. You can export your site to HTML, WordPress, and Joomla. You can read more in our documentation:

4) The information on this page https://nicepage.com/hosting is not actual, we unified two types of licenses into one. Our licenses are only lifetime licenses with one year of free updates.
