Can I merge 2 accounts?

My work bought a license, but I started my work on our website under my personal email. Is there a way for me to get the license on this email or at least merge the work I have done on this account into my work account?

In the Online Builder available option for the Free Starter Plan, export your website as a project. So export your website as a project and import to to the account with the license.
