Desktop App, Theme and plugin update

Hello, why is there difference between desktop version (4.10.5) and plugin version in WP (4.11.1)?
Wordpress constantly anoys me with messge to update the theme but theme has the version of desktop app which I have updated already.

Hello Aleš,

Time difference between plugin version release and desktop application may be up to several hours.
Plugin version for WordPress comes firstly usually, then the desktop version released.
After this message for update appears, you can re-open the desktop application and check if the newly version is already released and the application can be updated.
