I have the personal account , and it will not let me use any templates. Is there any reason why I cannot use them . Says I have no connection.

Hi Nik,
Thank you for being our customer!

Not all ready-to-use templates are available for the Personal license. The ones that are not available will have a crown icon in the corner. As for the "no connection" message, try to restart Nicepage.
Let us know how it goes.
