Tooltip should be optimized

I discovered the "tooltip" function a few days ago. I find it very useful, although it could be optimized a bit. It's a pity that you can only use "Tooltip" for links/buttons. It would also be useful if you can use it on icons or images.
I think you should optimize this function further. Maybe also possibilities for design customization of the tooltip.
