If you already have a site there, you need to unpublish to make room to publish the new site.
Press your name at the top right of the browser and under My Sites, you can see what is there and unpublish them.
Using the desktop app, you can have 5 sites in the dashboard at the same time, and export the sites to upload to Nicepage host, or your own host.
